Job summary

Lookers Mercedes-Benz Maidstone is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join our workshop. You will work on health checks, routine servicing, and repairs using the latest technology, reporting to the Aftersales Manager.

The ideal candidate will hold an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, have a full UK driving licence, and be focused on quality workmanship and customer service. A structured training path and brand accreditation support are available.

Qualifications

• Experience as a mechanic/technician in automotive? environment.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Carry out vehicle health checks using the latest technology.
• Perform vehicle services per manufacturer guidelines and customer requests.
• Carry out additional repairs once authorised by the customer.
• Complete warranty repairs per guidelines and ensure write-up is finished.
• Test drive the vehicle to verify faults are fixed.
• Complete all relevant paperwork to a high standard.
