Listers Skoda Stratford-upon-Avon is hiring a Vehicle Technician to diagnose and repair vehicles in a busy on-site workshop. Roles include servicing, diagnostics, and repairs across petrol, diesel and hybrid vehicles, with opportunities to work on EV systems and related equipment.

The role operates Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm, with a competitive basic salary up to £45,000 and potential OTE up to £48,000 plus benefits. Training is provided to reach Skoda Master Technician level.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Experience in the automotive sector as a vehicle technician or mechanic.
• Electric/Hybrid vehicle qualification advantageous but training provided.
• MOT license beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Servicing, repair and diagnostics of all vehicles in the workshop to high standards first time.
• Electrical and mechanical repairs including suspension, steering, brakes and air conditioning servicing.
• Work on EV/Hybrid vehicles and use diagnostic equipment for battery and drive systems.
• Fit manufacturer accessories and audio equipment.
• Complete service paperwork to manufacturer and brand standards.
• Collaborate with workshop team to share knowledge and improve skills.
