Job summary

Listers Skoda at Masons Road, Stratford-upon-Avon, is seeking a Vehicle Technician to service, repair and diagnose vehicles using state-of-the-art systems. The role operates 8am–5pm, Monday to Friday, with a base salary up to £45,000 and potential OTE up to £48,000 plus benefits.

You will work towards delivering high-quality workmanship, excellent customer support, and cross-department collaboration to ensure optimal vehicle performance.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
• Experience in automotive service, repair and diagnostics.
• Electric/Hybrid vehicle knowledge is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair and diagnose vehicles in the workshop to high standards.
• Carry out electrical and mechanical repairs including suspension, brakes, and steering.
• Perform EV/Hybrid maintenance focusing on batteries and drive systems when required.
• Fit manufacturer accessories and audio equipment as needed.
• Complete service paperwork to manufacturer and brand standards.
• Collaborate with workshop team to share knowledge and improve skills.
