Job summary

Listers Volkswagen Stratford-upon-Avon is seeking a Vehicle Technician to diagnose, repair and service vehicles in a modern workshop. You will work with state-of-the-art systems to troubleshoot issues and support customers, contributing to excellent service across departments.

The role offers a competitive basic salary up to £45,000 with OTE up to £48,000 plus benefits, working 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday. Training will help you become VW Qualified Technician or Master Technician.

Qualifications

• Minimum NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
• Electric/Hybrid vehicle qualification is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided.
• MOT Licence would be beneficial but not essential.
• Full UK Driving Licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Servicing, repairing and diagnosing vehicles in the workshop to high first-time quality standards.
• Perform electrical and mechanical repairs including suspension, steering, brakes, wheel bearings, driveshafts, exhausts and air conditioning servicing.
