Job summary

Listers Group Ltd is recruiting a SKODA Vehicle Technician for their Redditch workshop. You will service, repair and diagnose a range of vehicles, including EV/Hybrid models, using up-to-date diagnostic equipment. Training will be provided to reach master technician level where applicable.

The role requires a full UK driving licence and NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, with opportunities for progression and ongoing development within a leading UK dealer group.

Qualifications

• Must hold or be working towards NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
• Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
• Electric/Hybrid vehicle qualification advantageous with full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Servicing, repair and diagnostics of vehicles in the workshop to high standards.
• Perform electrical and mechanical repairs (suspension, steering, brakes, wheels, driveshafts, exhaust, A/C).
• Work on EV/Hybrid systems using diagnostic equipment and batteries/drive motors.
• Fit manufacturer accessories and audio equipment.
• Complete service paperwork to manufacturer standards and collaborate with workshop team.
