Listers Volkswagen is hiring a Vehicle Technician in Stratford-upon-Avon. You will diagnose, service, and repair all vehicles, with access to state-of-the-art systems and ongoing VW training. Role includes testing electrical and mechanical systems, and working across departments to meet customer needs.

The position offers a competitive basic salary up to £45,000 with OTE up to £48,000, Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm, with opportunities for development and progression within the VW network.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in vehicle maintenance and repair.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Electrical/hybrid vehicle qualification is advantageous but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair and diagnose vehicles in the workshop to high standards first time.
• Carry out electrical and mechanical repairs including suspension, brakes and AC servicing.
• Work on EV/Hybrid systems such as batteries and drive motors.
• Fit manufacturer accessories and audio equipment.
• Complete service paperwork to brand standards and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with workshop team and share knowledge.
