Job summary

Listers Volkswagen Stratford-upon-Avon is hiring a Vehicle Technician to diagnose and repair vehicles in our modern workshop. The role requires applying electrical and mechanical knowledge to ensure first-time quality and customer satisfaction.

You will work 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday, with one in three Saturdays 8:30am-12:30pm. Training and development opportunities are provided to achieve VW qualifications and career progression.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent is required.
• Full UK Driving Licence is required.
• Experience in automotive servicing, repair and diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair and diagnose vehicles to high standards, first time.
• Carry out electrical and mechanical repairs including brakes, suspension, steering, and air conditioning servicing.
• Work on EV/Hybrid vehicles using diagnostic equipment and repair systems.
• Fit manufacturer accessories and audio equipment as needed.
• Complete service paperwork to manufacturer and brand standards.
• Collaborate with workshop team to share knowledge and learn.
