Job summary

Listers Volkswagen Worcester is seeking a Vehicle Technician to join the workshop team. Hours are Monday to Friday 8:00am–5:00pm with Saturday rota. Basic salary up to £45,000 with OTE up to £48,000 plus benefits, reflecting experience and skillset.

The role covers servicing, repair and diagnostics of vehicles, including EV/Hybrid work. Training and development are provided to grow towards Master Technician status, with a clear path for progression and excellent company benefits.

Qualifications

• Evidence of electrical and mechanical repair skills.
• Ability to service and diagnose vehicles to high standards.

Responsibilities

• Servicing, repair and diagnostics of vehicles in the workshop.
• Electrical and mechanical repairs including EV/Hybrid systems.
• Complete service paperwork to manufacturer and brand standards.
• Operate diagnostic equipment and fittings for accessories as needed.
