Job summary

Listers Volkswagen Commercial Droitwich is seeking a Vehicle Technician to service, repair and diagnose vehicles in a modern workshop. The role covers electrical and mechanical work, including EV/Hybrid systems, with a focus on first-time quality.

You will need an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent and a Full UK Driving Licence; MOT Licence is a bonus. The company offers extensive training and real development opportunities within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
• Full UK Driving Licence required.
• MOT License would be beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair and diagnostics of vehicles in the workshop.
• Electrical and mechanical repairs including suspension, steering, brakes and exhausts.
• Work on EV/Hybrid systems and use electrical diagnostic equipment.
• Fit manufacturer accessories and audio equipment.
• Complete service paperwork to manufacturer and brand standards.
• Collaborate with workshop team to share knowledge and improve skills.
