Job summary

Listers Volkswagen Evesham is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to diagnose and repair vehicles in our modern workshop. You will work on electrical and mechanical systems, including EV/Hybrid diagnostics, to ensure high-quality, first-time repairs and exceptional customer service.

We offer a competitive basic salary with potential bonuses and ongoing training to become VW qualified through our development programs.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
• Full UK Driving licence.
• Experience in the Automotive sector as Vehicle Technician or related role.
• Electric/Hybrid qualification advantageous but not essential.
• MOT License beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair and diagnose vehicles in the workshop to high standards first time.
• Electrical and mechanical repairs including suspension, brakes and A/C servicing.
• Work with EV/Hybrid systems using diagnostic equipment and batteries.
• Fit manufacturer accessories and audio equipment.
• Complete service paperwork to manufacturer and brand standards.
• Collaborate with workshop team to share knowledge.
