Job summary

Listers Volkswagen Stratford-upon-Avon is seeking a Vehicle Technician to diagnose and repair vehicles in our state‑of‑the‑art workshop. You will service, repair and diagnose all vehicles, including EVs and hybrids, ensuring first‑time fixes and high customer satisfaction.

Hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am–5pm with 1 in 3 Saturdays; basic salary up to £35,000 with OTE up to £41,000 plus benefits. Full UK driving licence and NVQ Level 3 or equivalent are required or in progress.

Qualifications

• Servicing, repairing and diagnosing a range of vehicles in a busy workshop.
• Electrical and mechanical repairs including suspension, brakes and air conditioning.
• Experience with EV/Hybrid vehicles and electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Diligent completion of service paperwork to manufacturer standards.

Responsibilities

• Servicing, repair and diagnostics of all vehicles in the workshop, ensuring high standard first time.
• Electrical and mechanical repairs including suspension, steering, brakes, and air conditioning servicing.
• Repairs and maintenance on EV/Hybrid vehicles using diagnostic equipment.
• Complete service paperwork to manufacturer and brand standards.
