Job summary

Listers Volkswagen at Masons Road, Stratford-upon-Avon, is recruiting a Vehicle Technician to service, diagnose and repair vehicles to the highest standards. The role runs Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm, with a basic salary up to £45,000 and an OTE up to £48,000 plus benefits.

You will work with EV/Hybrid systems and be trained to use state-of-the-art diagnostic tools, supporting customers with excellent service and cross-department collaboration.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair is required.
• Full UK Driving Licence is required.
• Experience in automotive servicing and diagnostics is essential.
• Electric/Hybrid vehicle qualification advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Servicing, repair and diagnostics of vehicles to high standard first time.
• Electrical and mechanical repairs including suspension, steering, brakes, wheels, driveshafts, exhausts and A/C servicing.
• Work on EV/Hybrid vehicles with diagnostic equipment.
• Fit manufacturer accessories and audio equipment.
• Complete service paperwork to manufacturer and brand standards.
• Collaborate with workshop team to share knowledge.
