Job summary

Listers Group Limited in Coventry is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join our Toyota dealership. You will service, repair and diagnose a range of vehicles, ensuring work is completed to high standards first time.

The role covers electrical and mechanical repairs, including EV/Hybrid diagnostics, battery and drive pack work, plus fitting manufacturer accessories and audio equipment. Full UK driving licence required and NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
• Full UK Driving licence is required.
• Electric/Hybrid vehicle qualification advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Servicing, repair and diagnostics of vehicles, ensuring high standards first time.
• Electrical and mechanical repairs including suspension, steering, brakes, wheel bearings, driveshafts, exhausts and air conditioning servicing.
• EV/Hybrid diagnostics focusing on batteries, drive motor and control systems.
• Ability to fit manufacturer accessories and audio equipment.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Operate video reporting tools (CitNOW) and complete all service paperwork to standards.
• Collaborate with workshop team to share knowledge.
