Listers Skoda in Stratford-upon-Avon is recruiting a Vehicle Technician to service, repair and diagnose vehicles to high standards. The role covers electrical and mechanical tasks, including EV/Hybrid work and use of diagnostic tools.

Candidates should have a minimum NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair and a full UK driving licence. Training on EV systems is provided, and a competitive salary with bonus opportunities is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience as Vehicle Technician or Mechanic in automotive workshop.
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
• Electric/Hybrid vehicle qualification advantageous, not essential with training provided.
• Full UK Driving licence.
• MOT Licence beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair and diagnostics of vehicles in the workshop to high standards first time.
• Electrical and mechanical repairs including suspension, steering, brakes, wheel bearings, driveshafts, exhausts and A/C servicing.
• Work on EV/Hybrid vehicles using diagnostic equipment and manufacturer systems.
• Fit manufacturer accessories and audio equipment when required.
• Complete service paperwork to manufacturer and brand standards while collaborating with the team.
