Job summary

Listers in Stratford-upon-Avon is recruiting a Vehicle Technician to service, repair and diagnose vehicles to high standards. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with Saturday work by rota, and a clear path toward Toyota Qualified Service Technician or Master Technician through ongoing training and development.

Basic salary up to £42,000 with OTE up to £48,000, plus benefits. Modern facilities, supportive team, and opportunities to grow within the Listers network.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
• Full UK Driving licence required.
• Experience in automotive service preferred.
• Electric/Hybrid qualification advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Servicing, repair and diagnostics of vehicles to high standards first time.
• Carry out electrical and mechanical repairs (suspension, brakes, steering, wheels).
• Maintain EV/Hybrid systems and use diagnostic equipment.
• Fit manufacturer accessories and audio equipment.
