Job summary

Hawk Hiring LTD is seeking a dedicated Vehicle Technician to join its aftersales department in Stoke-on-Trent. You will perform manufacturer-scheduled servicing, recall work, warranty maintenance and fault diagnosis on a modern vehicle lineup, following brand guidelines.

Ideal candidates have NVQ/IMI Level 3, a UK driving licence and own tools. DVSA MOT accreditation is a plus but not required; on-site parking is available.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 / IMI Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
• Proven track record in franchised dealership or busy workshop.
• DVSA MOT Tester accreditation is an asset but not essential.
• Full UK driving licence & own hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute manufacturer-scheduled servicing, recall work, official warranty maintenance and fault diagnosis across a modern vehicle lineup.
• Adhere to brand guidelines and maintain high repair quality and efficiency.
