Job summary

Hawk Hiring LTD in Birmingham is seeking a dedicated Vehicle Technician / Dealership Mechanic to join the expanding aftersales team. You will perform manufacturer-scheduled servicing, recall work, and warranty maintenance while diagnosing faults across a modern vehicle lineup in strict brand guidelines.

The role requires NVQ/IMI Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair, a full UK driving licence, and hands-on tools. DVSA MOT tester accreditation is a strong asset and may boost starting pay.

Qualifications

NVQ Level 3 / IMI Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or time-served equivalent.
Proven track record in a franchised dealership or fast-paced workshop.
DVSA MOT Tester accreditation is a strong asset but not essential.
Full UK driving licence and own hand tools.

Responsibilities

Carry out manufacturer-scheduled servicing in line with brand guidelines.
Perform recall work and official warranty maintenance.
Systematic fault diagnosis across a modern vehicle lineup.
Maintain high repair quality and efficiency in a busy dealership environment.
