Hawk Hiring in Aldershot is seeking a skilled technician to join a fast-growing independent workshop. You will perform servicing, repairs, and diagnostics across various makes and models, and conduct MOT tests to high standards. An EV/Hybrid background is a bonus as the team supports upskilling.

With a strong focus on training, progression, and a stable, supportive culture, this role offers a clear long‑term path and regular reviews as part of a growing business with an excellent reputation.

Competenze

• NVQ Level 3 qualification (minimum).
• Valid MOT Testing license.
• 10+ years of workshop experience.
• Strong diagnostic/mechanical skillset.
• Hybrid/EV experience is a bonus.

What you will be doing:

• Performing comprehensive mechanical servicing, repairs, and diagnostics across a wide variety of all makes and models
• Conducting official MOT tests to high quality and safety standards
• Collaborating with an established, supportive workshop team to solve complex faults efficiently
• Requirements: NVQ Level 3 qualification (minimum), valid MOT Testing license, 10+ years of workshop experience, and a strong diagnostic/mechanical skillset (Hybrid/EV experience is a bonus!)

Commutable Locations: This role is based in Aldershot, making it an easy commute from Farnborough, Farnham, Camberley, and Guildford.
