Job summary

Lithia UK in Leeds offers a Vehicle Technician Apprentice programme at Evans Halshaw Vauxhall. You will combine hands-on dealership work with structured training toward an IMI Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Servicing and Maintenance, setting you up to become a qualified Vehicle Technician.

No prior automotive experience is required; you will receive mentoring, training and support to build a long-term career in the automotive industry.

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in vehicles and automotive industry.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Learn to service vehicles and perform checks following instructions.
• Diagnose, repair and replace vehicle parts.
• Carry out vehicle checks and inspections.
• Produce time estimates for repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain service records in systems and for customers.
