Lithia UK invites applicants to join the Vehicle Technician Apprentice programme, combining hands-on dealership work with structured training toward an IMI Level 3 in Vehicle Servicing and Maintenance. No previous automotive experience required; training and mentorship provided to build a long-term career.

You will attend the Training Academy in Coventry for blocks during the 3-year programme. Selected candidates will learn to service and diagnose vehicles, perform checks, and maintain records

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in vehicles and automotive industry.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Enthusiasm, positive attitude and keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Learn to service vehicles and maintain them according to instructions.
• Diagnose, repair and replace vehicle parts under supervision.
• Carry out vehicle checks and inspections and document results.
• Produce time estimates for repairs and maintenance.
