Job summary

Rygor Auto in Gloucester is seeking an experienced Technician to join their Mercedes-Benz dealership team. You will diagnose and repair vehicles, ensuring safety and performance standards are met, while delivering excellent customer service in a busy workshop.

The role requires Level 3 LCV repair qualification, a full UK driving licence, and experience with Keyloop/Kerridge. Strong communication, organisational and time-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be Level 3 (NVQ/City & Guilds/IMI) in LCV Vehicle Repair and maintenance.
• Full UK driving licence for relevant vehicle classes.
• Ability to identify worn & faulty components per DVSA standards.
• Excellent communication via email, telephone and face-to-face.
• Practical workshop experience with diagnostic and service repairs.
• Experience using Keyloop/Kerridge and good admin skills.
• Able to complete customer documentation within set timescales.
• A brilliant team player with a positive attitude and strong time management.
• Strong organisation and time management skills.
• Experience with wheel alignment and diagnostic repairs.
