Job summary

Listers Group’s Mercedes Benz dealership in Grimsby is seeking a Vehicle Technician to service, repair and diagnose vehicles to the highest standards. The role operates Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm, with Saturdays on a rota basis.

Training is provided to advance to Mercedes Benz Qualified Service Technician or Master Technician, with ample development opportunities. Salary is a basic up to £35,000 with OTE up to £46,000 plus benefits, and a modern, professional working environment with

Qualifications

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
Electric and Hybrid vehicle qualification advantageous but not essential.
Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

Servicing, repair and diagnostics of vehicles to the highest standard first time.
Electrical and mechanical repairs including suspension, steering, brakes, wheel bearings, driveshafts, exhausts and A/C servicing.
EV/Hybrid diagnostics focusing on batteries, drive motor and control systems.
Ability to fit manufacturer accessories and audio equipment.
Complete service paperwork to manufacturer and brand standards.
