Hedin Automotive's Mercedes-Benz Brooklands dealership is seeking a skilled Technician to diagnose, maintain and repair luxury vehicles to the brand's exacting standards. You will deliver exceptional service and accurate diagnostic reports while working with a collaborative team.

The role demands Level 3 NVQ or equivalent, diagnostics experience, and a full UK driving licence; you will stay current with the latest Mercedes-Benz systems and contribute to a premium customer experience.

Qualifications

• Level 3 NVQ or equivalent formal qualifications in automotive engineering
• Certificated for 3 years at a diagnostic/systems technician role
• Able to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently

Responsibilities

• Conducting thorough diagnostics to identify vehicle issues
• Performing maintenance and repair work according to Mercedes-Benz standards
• Providing detailed reports and recommendations post-assessment
