Job summary

Halfords Garage Services in Torquay is seeking a Vehicle Technician to perform interim, full and major services along with follow-up repair work such as tyres, brakes and suspension. The role is based at our Fusion centre and offers a supportive environment with modern facilities and opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• Must have a Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent OR time served experience.
• Must have a full driving licence with no more than 9 points.
• Experience delivering interim, full and major services plus relevant repair and replacement work (brakes, suspension and steering component replacement, air con service etc)

Responsibilities

• Carry out interim, full and major services as well as follow-up repair and replacement work (tyres, brakes, transmission, steering and suspension).

Role Description

Qualified Mechanic or Technician? Join Halfords as a Vehicle Service Technician where you will carry out interim, full and major services as well as any follow-up repair and replacement work. Such work includes tyres, brakes, transmission, steering and suspension, amongst others.
