Octane Recruitment is seeking a Vehicle Technician in Stoke on Trent for a leading main dealer group. You will service and maintain vehicles, diagnose faults, and may perform MOT testing if qualified; salary up to £42,000 with uncapped bonus and overtime.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in a main dealership environment.
• Full UK driving license is required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing and maintenance of all vehicles.
• Electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic fault diagnosis and repair; warranty work as per brand parameters.
• Department of Transport (MOT) testing duties if qualified.

Vehicle Technician Role:

• Carry out servicing and maintenance of all vehicles

• Department of Transport (MOT) testing duties (if qualified)

Vehicle Technician Requirements:

• Full UK driving license
• Ideally NVQ, IMI, City & Guilds or Mechanical Engineering level 3 (or equivalent). However, we will also consider a level 2 Vehicle Technician with main dealership experienceonly
• 1+ years experience in a main dealership environment is needed
• MOT license is beneficial but not essential
