Octane Recruitment Limited is recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Technician in Redditch. The ideal candidate will hold a Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, a Full UK Driving Licence, and have the right to work in the UK.

Experience in a main dealership or independent garage is preferred, with an MOT Tester licence advantageous. The role offers £32,000-£35,000 basic salary, with OTE £45,000+ and uncapped bonus plus paid overtime.

Qualifications

• Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Competence, or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician in a main dealership or independent garage.
• Full UK Driving Licence and right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs to a high standard.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical and electronic faults using modern diagnostic equipment.
• Complete vehicle repairs efficiently and accurately.
• Carry out electronic vehicle health checks and identify additional work.
• Maintain accurate job cards, service records and workshop documentation.
• Work closely with Service Advisors and the wider workshop team.
• Follow all workshop, quality and Health & Safety procedures.

Vehicle Technician - Redditch

We are recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Technician, Automotive Technician, Motor Vehicle Technician or Car Technician to join a busy main dealership in Redditch. Applicants must hold a Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, a Full UK Driving Licence and have the right to work in the UK. Previous experience within a main dealership or independent garage is required. An MOT Tester Licence is advantageous but not essential.

Location: Redditch

Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 Basic

OTE: £45,000+ | Uncapped Bonus + Paid Overtime
