You will carry out servicing and repairs to manufacturer standards, diagnose faults using modern diagnostic equipment, and work with service advisors to maintain a smooth workflow and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

• Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues where needed.
• Work closely with service advisors and workshop control to maintain smooth workflow.
• Deliver exceptional levels of customer satisfaction through quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent qualification)
• Experienced Level 2 qualified technicians with franchised dealership experience will also be considered
• Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, Service Technician or Mechanic
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding ability
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• MOT Tester licence beneficial but not essential
• Full UK driving licence required
