Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 Automotive qualification or equivalent.
• Proven experience in vehicle diagnostics, mechanical repairs and fast-fit services.
• Knowledge of tyres, brakes, suspension and exhaust systems.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to manage workload in a busy workshop.

Responsibilities

• Conduct vehicle servicing, repairs and inspections to manufacturer standards.
• Carry out tyre fitting and wheel alignment.
• Repair brakes, exhausts, batteries and suspension components.
• Handle MOT repairs and testing.
• Utilise diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve faults efficiently.
• Advise customers on additional repairs and future maintenance needs.
