Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 Automotive qualification or equivalent.
• Proven experience in vehicle diagnostics, mechanical repairs, and fast-fit services.
• Knowledge of tyres, brakes, suspension, and exhaust systems.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct vehicle servicing, repairs, and inspections to manufacturer standards.
• Carry out tyre fitting and wheel alignment.
• Repair brakes, exhausts, batteries, and suspension components.
• Handle MOT repairs and testing.
• Utilise diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve faults efficiently.
• Advise customers on additional repairs and future maintenance needs.
• Follow health and safety protocols during all workshop activities.
• Work collaboratively within a fast-paced workshop environment.
