Job summary

Octane Recruitment is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician for a large national company in the Milton Keynes area. You will service and maintain vehicles, diagnose faults, and work on brakes, suspension, and cambelts.

Hours are Monday to Friday, with two shift blocks. The role offers a salary of £40,300 plus overtime and a competitive benefits package including pension, holiday allowance, cycle to work, and a birthday off.

Qualifications

• Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or Level 2 with equivalent qualifications.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a vehicle workshop or as a Vehicle Technician.
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 9 points or bans.
• Ability to demonstrate technical, electrical and diagnostic experience.

Requirements:

• We ideally want Level3 in Vehicle maintenance and Repair however we would consider level2 vehicle Maintenance and repair. Open to equivalent qualifications such as City and Guilds vehicle Maintenance, IMI or NVQ. Must be able to show your qualificaitions
• Minimum 2 years experience within the vehicle workshop or working as a Vehicle Technician
• A full UK driving licence - no more than 9 points or bans on the licence
• Ability to demonstrative technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience
