Qualifications

• Level 3NVQ, City and Guilds, or equivalent qualification in vehicle maintenance or diagnostics.
• Proven experience in a vehicle technician role, ideally within a dealership environment.
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• A proactive attitude toward learning and professional development.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends asrequired.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicles, ensuring repairs meet manufacturer standards.
• Conducting video vehicle health checks to assess vehicle condition and identify additional work or upselling opportunities.
• Performing routine maintenance and inspections to uphold dealership quality standards.
• Collaborating closely with workshop management to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
• Staying updated with the latest diagnostic techniques and technological advancements through regular training sessions.
