Qualifications

• Must have City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 in vehicle maintenance or equivalent.
• Full UK driving license is essential.
• MOT Tester qualification advantageous but not essential.
• Proven experience in inspection, repair and servicing of motor vehicles.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Previous experience within a franchised dealership environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical diagnosis and repairs to ensure customer satisfaction and meet productivity targets.
• Maintain high technical standards through ongoing manufacturer training.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and manufacturer processes.
• Conduct vehicle health checks accurately and efficiently.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and safety standards within the workshop.
