Autotech Recruit are working with a busy Farnham workshop to hire a Level 3 Vehicle Technician. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated technician to join a supportive environment with strong earning potential and clear career progression.

You will service, repair and diagnose faults, perform vehicle inspections and health checks, and undertake MOT work if qualified. A modern workshop and experienced team support your development.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair qualification is required or essential.
• Previous workshop experience in the automotive sector is expected.
• Good diagnostic and fault-finding abilities are important.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic are valued.
• Desire to maximise earnings and develop your career; MOT tester licence is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing and routine vehicle maintenance on a variety of vehicles.
• Perform mechanical repairs and diagnose faults to high standards.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and health checks, complete job cards.
• MOT testing is available for qualified testers (where applicable).
• Collaborate with the workshop team to ensure quality workmanship.

Autotech Recruit are currently working with a well-established and busy workshop in Farnham who are looking to add a Level 3 Vehicle Technician to their growing team.

The Role

As a Vehicle Technician, you'll be responsible for carrying out servicing, maintenance and repair work on a variety of vehicles while maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service.

Typical duties will include:

• Servicing and routine vehicle maintenance
• Mechanical repairs and fault diagnosis
• Vehicle inspections and health checks
• MOT testing (if qualified)
• Completing job cards and workshop documentation
• Working collaboratively with the wider workshop team

The workshop workload is predominantly service and repair based, with MOT work available for qualified testers.

About You

To be considered, you will ideally have:

• Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair qualification
• Previous workshop experience within the automotive sector
• Good diagnostic and fault-finding abilities
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Desire to maximise earnings and develop your career
• MOT Tester licence (advantageous but not essential)
