About the position

The successful candidate for our Vehicle Technician position will have previous experience in a similar role and strong teamwork skills.

You will be welcomed into a friendly team and have the opportunity to work with an exciting product. A large part of the Technician position involves:

  1. Carrying out service, diagnosis, and repair of vehicles to excellent standards.
  2. Communicating with the Service Reception team and Workshop Control.
  3. Speaking with customers on occasion to provide your expert, technical opinion.
  4. Maintaining thorough and up-to-date product knowledge.
  5. Maintaining exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and referrals.
  6. Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.
  7. Must have NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
About our requirements

We expect you to demonstrate some skills that will prove very beneficial in the position, including:

  1. Aptitude for multi-tasking.
  2. Ability to work under pressure.
  3. Quality awareness.
  4. Full driving license.

Hours: Mon to Fri 8am to 5.30pm and Alternative Saturdays
