The Role

As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics and repairs to ensure vehicles are maintained to the highest standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out routine servicing and general vehicle maintenance.
• Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults.
• Completing vehicle health checks and identifying additional work.
• Carrying out MOT tests, if qualified.
• Undertaking complex repairs and fault-finding where required.
• Ensuring all work meets manufacturer and dealership standards.
• Maintaining accurate job records and working efficiently within the workshop.

About You

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
• Previous experience working within a main dealership is essential.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
• An MOT Tester licence would be advantageous.
• A full UK driving licence.
• A professional approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
