Perfect Placement UK Ltd is working with a leading Main Dealer Group based in Deeside to recruit a Vehicle Technician. This is a rewarding opportunity for a skilled professional seeking to advance their career within a reputable dealership.

The Vehicle Technician will join a supportive team and contribute to delivering high standards of vehicle servicing and repairs across well-known brands. Monday to Friday hours with no weekend work and a clear path for progression.

Qualifications

• Level 3 NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent qualification in vehicle maintenance and repair.
• Minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience in a workshop environment.
• Full UK driving licence (max 6 points).
• Basic diagnostic skills and a proactive approach to learning.
• MOT licence advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Conducting servicing, repairs, and fault diagnosis to manufacturer standards.
• Performing visual health checks to ensure vehicle safety and roadworthiness.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of work carried out.
• Supporting customer satisfaction through quality workmanship.
• Assisting in preventative maintenance and diagnostics as the Vehicle Technician.
• Ensuring workshop efficiency and adhering to health and safety guidelines.
