Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Automotive or equivalent.
• Own set of tools.
• Full UK driving licence; MOT license desirable but not essential.
• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician in a busy dealership.

Responsibilities

• Repair and service a wide range of vehicles to high standards.
• Conduct diagnostic checks and identify faults accurately.
• Liaise with service advisors, customers and management for a seamless service.
• Inspect vehicles for wear and carry out work in line with DVSA standards.
• Mentor apprentice technicians.
• Complete all aspects of vehicle maintenance and repairs as required.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication and quality service.

Duties of a Vehicle Technician:
