Perfect Placement UK Ltd is representing a reputable main dealership in Llandudno Junction seeking a Vehicle Technician. The role focuses on high standards, quality service, and career development within a busy workshop.

The successful candidate will service and repair vehicles to manufacturer standards, use diagnostic tools, and may perform MOTs. A full UK driving licence is required, with 3 years’ experience and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent (Level 2 candidates considered)
• Minimum of 3 years' workshop experience as a Vehicle Technician
• Full UK driving licence
• MOT qualification advantageous
• Proven commitment to high standards of productivity and customer service
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy workshop environment

Responsibilities

• Conduct vehicle servicing and repairs adhering to manufacturer standards
• Maintain high productivity and quality standards in line with workshop procedures
• Ensure customer satisfaction through professional workshop standards and service
• Utilise manufacturer-specific systems, including Toyota flat-rate time system
• Perform MOTs (if qualified), diagnostics, and troubleshooting tasks
• Maintain accurate documentation of work carried out and parts used
