Job summary

Flat Fee Recruiter is helping a growing independent garage in Wetherby, LS23, find an experienced Vehicle Technician to work closely with the owner, taking real ownership of jobs and growing with the business as the workshop expands to a new 3,600 sq ft facility.

The role offers £35,000–£42,000 per year, full-time, Monday–Friday, plus a performance/quality bonus. MOT experience is desirable and eligibility to work in the UK is required.

Qualifications

• Experienced Vehicle Technician or Motor Mechanic.
• Strong servicing, repair and diagnostic skills.
• MOT qualification or experience is advantageous.
• Able to work independently with initiative.
• Attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Comfortable with multiple vehicle brands.

Vehicle Technician / Mechanic

Our client is a successful independent garage entering an exciting stage of growth. You'll be its first key technical hire, working closely with the owner, with genuine scope to develop your role as the garage expands.

What You'll Do
