Job summary

Vertu Mercedes Benz of Aylesbury is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join our team. Basic salary £41,800 - £48,800 depending on qualifications and experience, plus an over-performance bonus.

A £4,000 sign-on bonus is also available. You should hold a formal Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 qualification, be an experienced Vehicle Technician with your own tools, and possess a full UK driving licence.

• Current experience as a Vehicle Technician.
• Own tools.

• Mercedes-Benz experience beneficial; main dealer workshop experience at a systems/diagnostic level is essential.

We are offering a basic salary between £41,800 - £48,800 depending on qualifications and experience, plus the opportunity to earn an additional over-performance bonus. We’re also currently trialling Saturday and Sunday closures, giving you more time to recharge and enjoy your weekends.

On top of this, we’re offering a £4,000 sign-on bonus!*

Your role as a Vehicle Technician is crucial in delivering an exceptional customer experience, built on trust and honesty. Quality workmanship and achieving first-time fixes are core values that guide everything we do.

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:

• A relevant formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3
• Current experience as a Vehicle Technician
• Your own set of tools
• A full UK driving licence
• Experience working on Mercedes Benz would be beneficial but expeirence working in a main dealer workshop is essential at a Systems/Diagnostic level and above
