Join our team at Vertu Mercedes Benz of Aylesbury and become a valued Vehicle Technician

We are offering a basic salary between £38,800-£48,800 depending on skills and experience. You will also have the opportunity to earn additional over-performance bonus. We’re currently trialling closing on Saturday & Sundays, giving you time to recharge! We are also offering £1,000 sign on bonus in month 1 of employment and an additional £1,000 in month 13!

Your role as a Vehicle Technician is crucial in delivering an exceptional customer experience, built on trust and honesty. Quality workmanship and achieving first-time fixes are core values that guide everything we do.

Qualifications

We're looking for technicians across all levels and packages on offer are dependent upon experience and qualifications however, you can expect packages such as:

• Service and Maintenance Technician salary £38,800
• Mercedes Benz Qualified Systems Technician salary £41,800
• Mercedes Benz Qualified Diagnostic Technician salary £43,800
• Mercedes Benz Qualifies Senior Diagnostic Technician salary £48,800

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:

• A relevant formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3
• Current experience as a Vehicle Technician
• Your own set of tools
• A full UK driving licence
• Experience working on Mercedes Benz would be beneficial but is not essential
