Job summary

Vertu Renault Leicester is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join our team and maintain, service and repair vehicles to the highest standards. You will help deliver a trusted, honest customer experience and aim for first-time fixes.

The role offers a basic salary with a 42-hour week and an over-performance bonus, plus a £2,000 sign-on bonus payable over 13 months. Training and career development are provided by the manufacturer.

• A relevant formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3
• Current experience as a Vehicle Technician
• MOT license preferred but not essential
• Your own set of tools
• A full UK driving licence

Join our team at Vertu Renault Leicester and become a valued Technician.

We are offering a basic salary between £30,076 and £47,780 depending on skills and experience. This is based on a 42 hour working week and an additional over-performance bonus opportunity.

You will also receive a £2000 sign on bonus. £1000 in month 1 and £1000 in month 13!

Your role as a Vehicle Technician is crucial in delivering an exceptional customer experience, built on trust and honesty. We are expanding our team and currently seeking skilled individuals who take pride in their work. You will be responsible for maintaining, servicing, and repairing vehicles to the highest standards. Your expertise across all aspects of the job will be essential, from straightforward servicing to complex repairs. Quality workmanship and achieving first-time fixes are core values that guide everything we do.

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:

• A relevant formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3
• Current experience as a Vehicle Technician
• MOT license preferred but not essential

• A full UK driving licence

Salary Packages Based On Your Experience

• Service and Maintenance Technicians: Up to £37,700
• Service and Diagnostic Technicians: Up to £40,220
• Senior Technicians: Up to £42,740
• Master Technicians: Up to £47,780
