Job summary

Vertu BYD Worcester is recruiting a Vehicle Technician to join our team. The role offers a basic salary up to £45,800 depending on skills and experience, a 40-hour week, and an over-performance bonus opportunity.

A £2,000 sign-on bonus (£1,000 on month one and £1,000 in month 13) is also available. As a Technician you’ll deliver quality workmanship and strive for first-time fixes while maintaining customer trust.

Qualifications

• Must hold a formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3.
• Current experience as a Vehicle Technician is required.
• MOT license preferred but not essential.
• You must own a full set of tools and have a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality workmanship and ensure first-time fixes where possible.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience built on trust and honesty.
• Work across various technician levels with experience/qualifications used to determine package.

We are offering a basic salary up to £45,800 depending on skills and experience. This is based on a 40 hour working week plus an additional over-performance bonus opportunity. We are also offering a £2000 sign on bonus, £1000 paid in month one and £1000 paid in month 13!
