Job summary

Halfords is recruiting a Vehicle Service Technician in Bridgend, Cornwall area. You will carry out interim, full and major services, plus follow-up repairs, tyres, brakes and suspension work, ensuring safety and reliability. The role offers 5 days a week with a competitive base salary and an uncapped bonus scheme.

Qualifications

• Must have a Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or time served experience.
• Must have a full driver’s licence with no more than 9 points.
• Experience delivering interim, full, and major services plus relevant repair and replacement work.

Responsibilities

• Carry out interim, full, and major services.
• Perform follow-up repair and replacement work (tyres, brakes, transmission, steering, suspension).
• Ensure roadworthiness and safety of vehicles.

Role Details

Qualified Mechanic or Technician? Join Halfords as a Vehicle Service Technician where you will carry out interim, full, and major services as well as any follow-up repair and replacement work. Such work includes tyres, brakes, transmission, steering, and suspension, amongst others.
