Halfords is seeking a Vehicle Service Technician in Bedford to carry out interim, full and major services along with follow-up repair work including tyres, brakes, suspension and air conditioning.

You must have Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or time served experience, plus a full UK driving licence (max 9 points). The role offers a base salary of £31,000–£33,830 with an uncapped bonus averaging £4,300 and OTE up to £38,130.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or time served experience.
• Must have a full driving licence with no more than 9 points.
• Experience delivering interim, full and major services plus relevant repair and replacement work (brakes, suspension and steering component replacement, air con service etc)

Responsabilités

• Carry out interim, full and major vehicle services and follow-up repairs.
• Carry out tyres, brakes, transmission, steering and suspension work as required.
• Work within Halfords Autocentres and contribute to the service offering.

Comprising a base salary of £31,000 - £33,830
