Job summary

Halfords is seeking a Vehicle Service Technician in the UK to perform interim, full and major services and related repairs in a busy Autocentre. You will handle tyres, brakes, transmission, steering and suspension, among other tasks, with a focus on quality and safety.

The role offers a base salary of £34,000 with an uncapped bonus scheme averaging £5,000 per year, giving on-target earnings up to £39,000. 5 days a week, Sunday off, with generous benefits and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have a Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or time-served experience.
• Must have a full driving licence with no more than 9 points.
• Experience delivering interim, full and major services plus relevant repair and replacement work.

Responsibilities

• Carry out interim, full and major services and follow-up repairs.
• Tyres, brakes, transmission, steering and suspension work as required.

Qualified Mechanic or Technician??
