Job summary

Join Halfords as a Vehicle Service Technician in Bearsden to carry out interim, full and major services as well as follow-up repair work including tyres, brakes, transmission, steering and suspension. The role is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities for hybrid training and ATA/MOT qualifications.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or time served experience.
• Must have a full driver’s licence with no more than 9 points.
• Experience delivering interim, full and major services plus relevant repair and replacement work (brakes, suspension and steering component replacement, air con service etc).

Responsibilities

• Carry out interim, full and major services and related repair and replacement work.
• Perform tyre, brake, transmission, steering and suspension work as required.
