Job summary

Silcom Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a well-established motor trade dealership near Lincoln for an experienced Vehicle Sales Administrator. This is a permanent role with a long handover to ensure a smooth transition.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will process and monitor all new and used vehicles on Kerridge DMS, support the Sales team with deals, tax vehicles, and track invoicing by month end while liaising with Sales Managers. Mon-Fri 8:30-5:30.

Qualifications

• Experience in vehicle sales administration.
• Familiar with Kerridge DMS and dealership workflows.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

• Support Sales team by setting up, invoicing and posting deals.
• Tax vehicles and ensure invoicing by month end.

The Role

Silcom Recruitmentare currently recruiting on the behalf of a well-established motor trade dealership business, with a site based around the outskirts of Lincoln. Our client is currently seeking an experienced Vehicle Sales Administrator to join their team. This is a permanent opportunity and has arisen due to a long standing member (11+ years) retiring next year. The company are looking for a long hand over to ensure the successful applicant is comfortable to take over the job duties.

Reporting to the General Manager, the ideal Vehicle Sales Administrator will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities

• Process and monitoring all new and used vehicles on the company’s DMS (Kerridge)
• Support Sales team – set up, invoice and post deals.
• Taxing of vehicles
• Keep track of deals and ensure all are invoiced by end of month
• Liaising with Sales Managers

The Package

£20,000 - £22,000 Starting salary - Dependant on experience.

Monday to Friday 8.30-5:30 with a half hour lunch.
