Job summary

Silcom Recruitment is seeking an experienced Vehicle Sales Administrator for a motor trade dealership group near Slough. You will process and monitor all new and used vehicles in Kerridge DMS and support the Sales team with setup, invoicing and posting deals.

The role includes taxing vehicles, tracking deals to ensure invoicing by month-end, and liaising with Sales Managers. Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00, 37.5 hours, with lunch break; salary £20,000–£23,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience as Vehicle Sales Administrator preferred.
• Familiarity with automotive sales processes and documentation.
• Ability to work with a DMS system (Kerridge) and liaise with sales staff.

The Role:

Silcom Recruitmentare delighted to be recruiting on the behalf of a motor trade dealership group, with a site based around the outskirts of Slough. Our client is currently seeking an experienced Vehicle Sales Administrator to join their team.

Reporting to the Head of Business & Dealership Accountant, the ideal Vehicle Sales Administrator will be responsible for the following:

• Process and monitoring all new and used vehicles on the company’s DMS (Kerridge)
• Support Sales team – set up, invoice and post deals.
• Taxing of vehicles
• Keep track of deals and ensure all are invoiced by end of month
• Liaising with Sales Managers

The Package:

£20,000 - £23,000 Starting salary - Dependant on experience.

Monday to Friday 9:00-5:00 with an hour for lunch - Flexible on working hours around a 37.5 hour week.
