Renault Enfield in Enfield, London is seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager to lead our Service and Parts operation. The role focuses on driving performance, profitability, and customer experience across a large Aftersales team.
You will oversee a workshop and Parts department, ensuring operational excellence, health and safety compliance, and strong customer outcomes. The position offers a 45-hour week with a base salary of £52,000 per annum plus OTE £65,000 and a company car.
Renault Retail Group is looking for an experienced Aftersales Manager to lead our Service and Parts operation at Renault Enfield.
This is a significant management opportunity within one of our established London dealerships, overseeing a sizeable Aftersales operation that supports retail, fleet, and commercial vehicle customers.
This opportunity has arisen due to the planned retirement of a member of our management team following 14 years of service with Renault Retail Group. While we continue to celebrate their contribution to the business, we are also looking forward to welcoming their successor and supporting them as they take forward this established and successful Aftersales operation.
You’ll be responsible for the performance, profitability, customer experience, and day-to-day leadership of both the Service and Parts departments, working closely with the Head of Business and wider management team to deliver strong operational results and excellent customer outcomes.
The operation includes an established workshop consisting of Technicians, customer-facing Service Advisors, additional support staff, and a Parts Department, giving the successful candidate responsibility for a substantial Aftersales operation across Service and Parts.
We’re keen to hear from candidates with current or recent experience as an Aftersales Manager or Service Manager within a franchised automotive dealership environment.
You should have experience leading a workshop operation of 9 or more Technicians, alongside customer-facing Aftersales teams, and taking responsibility for profitability, productivity, customer satisfaction, and departmental performance. Strong commercial awareness, people-management skills, and the ability to coach and develop colleagues are essential.
Experience managing Parts operations alongside Service would be advantageous, although applicants will principally be assessed on the scale, performance, and leadership of their Service operation.
Familiarity with CDK Drive, Kerridge, Keyloop, ADP Autoline, or similar dealer management systems would be advantageous.
Driving Licence Requirement: A full UK driving licence (manual and automatic vehicles) is essential for this role.
Monday to Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm with a 1-hour lunch break. 45 hours per week.
As a member of the dealership leadership team, occasional additional support may be required to assist operational requirements, including Saturday morning cover during periods of annual leave or unforeseen staff absence.
Basic salary is £52,000 pa, with an OTE of £65,000 pa that is achievable and regularly reached, plus access to Renault Retail Group's vehicle schemes.
